Does anyone happen to know who makes the shifters for Tremec that come with their full trans packages?
I had plans to ditch it and replace with either a Triax or an MGW, but it feels pretty friggin good. I might break in the clutch using the Tremec shifter and see how it goes. Maybe I've just been abused lately with the remote shifter. Even with an MGW remote, it's just not even close to the feel of the direct mount.
Also, I read somewhere that the new Magnum family features overshift protections already in the trans. That's one of the reasons I prefer the Triax is that it has the over travel bolt stops. If that's not necessary, maybe it opens up other possibilities.
