My 20,00 mile 2018 GT 10R80 takes 3,000 RPM to start moving on cold start. It continues to slip (rev a bit) between gears until it warms up. However, if I blip it to 3,000 RPM before engaging trans it seams OK. Although I've tracked it 2 or 3 times in the past with no problems this started happening immediately following my last track day. Is it damaged torque converter, damaged valve body, dirty/burnt fluid, or low fluid?

First check the fluid and hope it is the issue. Do the seals get hard and crack still on the newer units or is their fate sealed like old tired units?
Just throwing it out there.
Plugged filter full of friction material perhaps? Did it make any nasty grinding noises on the track?

No grinding noise that I noticed at WOT with the window down. LOL. Fluid flush probably cheapest first step.

The only way to "flush" these is to drop the pan. These transmissions have a thermostat that will only allow fluid into the cooler above 200 degrees. So if the shop hooks the machine to the cooler line all they do is flush the cooler.

It seems odd that the fluid would be burnt at only 20,000 miles. In the old days with my '71 Mustang it would take well over 35,000 miles before I noticed a slight change in trans fluid color. That's the problem with these new cars with no dipstick where we can't easily check the fluid condition/color or fluid level. Such a pain. I blame it on the Euros because I think it was Mercedes that eliminated the trans dipstick first, then they later removed the engine oil dipstick.
