Does anyone know if there is a towing eye fitted to our cars?

Seen a few kits in the states for towing eyes and just wondering....

Yes we have one I think, its in the boot, under carpet and it then screws into the removable front bumper piece. Check for the eye under your air pump in boot.

We have the receivers and tow hooks for the 6th gen and GT350 www.zl1addons.com
We will be becoming a vendor on this site.

We make our own forged steel powder coated D ring and shaft along with a very simple receiver for the front that does not require modification of the GT350 at all. It will also fit the 6th gen Mustang. We also have the rear receiver for the Mustang that requires a 1.25 hole under the license plate. The front only requires removal of belly pan to be removed to install.

That's correct... However mine tow hook was a completely different diameter to the hole it's meant to go in, in the front bumper! Would be really interested to see if other peoples' ones fit.

Tried several times to order off the zl1 website unless things have changed it wont give a UK post cost and thus you cant order.
Did send 2 Emails asking if poss to paypal you and never recieved a satisfactory answer.
Zl1 has some good products just give us the chance to buy them.:frusty:

All resolved paypal invoice sent and goods ordered as it should be. Aside from tow hooks they also have on the website some neat Rock Guards,mudflaps to you and me, plus magnetic jacking pads that are Mustang specific cheaper and
more versatile than rails + no weight penalty.Worth checking out.

I do not see the need for a jacking rail as they are so heavy, we make aluminum ones that can be mounted unlike our magnetic jack pads.

Has provisions for holding go pro or other cameras with 1/4 20 mount. Comes with thumb screws and camera mount. Made of billet aluminum and easy attachment.
