Touch up paint for wheels

Searched but could not find. I have a sizeable chip right around where the wheel cap goes in on one of my wheels, possibly from the time when I was getting snow tires being put on. Whats the best way to touch up that paint so the metal rust? It went through and the bare metal is visible.
