Torque Spec for Eibach Pro Sways?

I asked Eibach this question today and was very disappointed their instructions didn't bother to provide the OEM torque spec "as they didn't know".... They will take your money and send you instructions, but just don't ask them anything of a technical nature.
Anybody know from FoMoCo what the specs are for the four bolts that hold down the bushings for the F & R bars? And End-links?

According to the ford racing parts swaybar install:

Front End Links: 85 lb.ft (see step 2.2.2)
Front Swaybar Bracket: 76 lb.ft (see step 2.3)
Rear End Link: 85 lb.ft (see step 17.2.2)
Rear Swaybar Bracket: 52 lb.ft (see step 17.1)
