Torque specs for install

I'm going to be installing my lowering springs tonight/tomorrow and I am wondering is there a reference source for torquing bolts for reinstall? None of the how-tos list torque. Or, is it safe to just do a general torque spec of, say ~150ft. Lbs., for all bolts and should be fine?

No and you need to look those specifications up ..

Try a Ford Racing site or a trip to your dealership and have a chat with a tech to ask if you could quite possible get a print out of those torque specifications .

One more question. I am working without an impact driver and I can't get the front top strut mount nut very tight, the strut rod just catches and spins with it. Am I able to just reinstall the assembly and the last step just tighten this nut from under the hood? -thinking it won't rotate while under load.

give that a try - or a strut socket - or the small socket inside of the bigger socket (carefully to not snap off the strut tip)
