its a easy fix. go to setting, navigation and make sure Primo is selected.

This happens when you take the SD card out or if you move the settings by accident.

I'll give it try.

Well, I made it home. I'm hoping to get to the update by this weekend at the latest! Just extract to a regular SD card, find the nav SD card slot (I don't know where it is yet) and give 'er a go according to post 643?

It's a micro SD card, Look to the left of the screen near the bottom. Be careful when ejecting the card if yours is like mine the card will shoot out.

So I installed the tomtop in my wife's 2016 V6 vert and all is working perfectly. The unit has a build date of 25 April 2016 so I believe it has the latest update. The only problem is we're in Europe (military). Does anyone have the European maps for the navi? How do I go about changing it?

Naviextras.com for the maps but you need to know who the manufacturer is and a model # I have been trying to find maps for it because for some reason it didn't come with any but the demo maps.

I deleted the email about a week ago but it was the same info you get on their website under description. and the website for the free maps and updates is on the so-called user manual and that is all I got
