Well, it isn't going to happen. Dealer put the car up on a lift for me this morning. Had the tech that has always serviced my Mustangs give it what we in law enforcement call a level 2 inspection. The car had been tuned, has headers and additional track modifications. Sorry but I don't need those issues. I've been to that dance with a used C6 Z06 years ago. I can get a hell of a deal on a new, 6 mo old, 5.0, 400A with the PP2. 5 Star Ford is a major Roush player. I can have the FI rolled into the price of the car.

Funny you should say that. The "Amana White" stripper is still sitting, untouched, at one of the Dallas area dealers. As such, after 6mos, I don't think it's going anywhere. As I said elsewhere on the board, my CU has already said go for it. Jan 4th when 2021 production starts, I will again talk to the dealer again.

When I gave the dealer a holding deposit, it had been traded in just the day before and parked in the back lot. As it was locked, I was only able to do a walk around. I explained I wanted a full inspection before I signed the papers. Knowing there is an aforementioned GT500 for little more than I paid for the HEP 6 mos ago there was no way I was going to buy a heavily modded used GT350.
