Just picked up some Velgen VMB7's and need some performance rubber to go along with. The specs are 20x9 et32 & 20x10.5 et45. My vehicle is a GT Premium automatic with entirely stock suspension(non-performance pack). This is a DD.

At some point in the future I would like to upgrade suspension, so fitment suggestions should consider this possibility.

What tire sizes work best for the fronts and backs?

Planning on running MPSS, but if anyone has suggestions/experiences with the MPSS or other brands that would be wicked.

Thanks for the help!

Can't go wrong with MPSS. Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 would be great choice for the street too.

For sizes, I'd go 265/35R20 front and 305/30R20 rear.

How do each of these hold up in the rain?

Living in WA means rain most of the year :/

Any reason for the 30 in the rear as apposed to 35?

I think with these sizes the overall tire diameter will be almost exactly the same (27.2 vs 27.3 inches).

MPSS, 2" of rain that day.

Less power than you've got, but I'm using nearly all of it in 3rd and 4th.

That is the aspect ratio. For the width difference you need a 30 aspect in the rear to get (nearly) the same diameter as the front, and the same as stock.

They're fine. I've been happy with Firestone as well.

Most common is

275/35/20 & 295/35/20

or

275/35/20 & 305/35/20
I can't find 305/35/20 in MPSS, I guess it doesn't exist in this size?

In this case if I run the second suggestion, what tire is comparable to MPSS in the 305 size?

Run the 30 aspect 305 rear.
