Tire & size recommendations on PP wheels

Would like to do a few track days a year and have my PP wheels I'd like to use as my track wheels.

What size and what tire would you recommend?

I traded my fronts for some rears and run 275/40s square. Currently on Continental DW's and like them. You could get 285/40 Pirellis from Tirerack for $99 each right now. They have good steering response and lateral traction.

What did you have to do (if anything) to get the rear rims to fit on the front? Did it require a spacer? Thanks!

Just a 5mm spacer.

As stated a 5 mm spacer is all to clear the caliper.

Yep Some members have done 275/305 with Nitto NT05 tires

Can i run this setup (305 square) on PP 19x9.5 wheels? 305/35/19? This is 100% the look i want. It's not my DD and i don't track it.
