tire size for 19x11 rim

I have a set of 19x11 rims with 56mm backspace for the rear and need tire size suggestions.305 35 19 or 325 30 19 are 2 sizes i'm looking at.

I've had both 19 x 11 +62 GT350 rear wheels and 19 x 11 +48 PP2 rear wheels, both running 305/35-19's with no problem.
