I was under the same impression, but I was wondering if switching them to see if the vibration goes away would do more damage than good? Anyone with tire background with input, I would really appreciate...I could be very wrong but I was always told that any radial tire should not be swapped direction for rotating. You can move front to back so they are going in the same direction. In this case, it obviously wouldn't work due to the different sizes. New, they could be mounted on either side but after they've been on the car, they shouldn't be swapped.
That could be VERY old information since I'm old and tire technology may be way better now and that not be an issue.
It's old information, with all 4 tires the same size a criss cross pattern is recomend.I could be very wrong but I was always told that any radial tire should not be swapped direction for rotating.
