Tire install shop no scratching

Hi guys - anyone in NJ know of a shop that can swap tires from my beat up rims to a new set without scratching? They're 35 profile which can make things hard is my understanding.

Would like to avoid spending an arm and a leg too.

There's one in New Castle, DE. Basically NJ.

Although it's a little bit of a hike for you, Meineke in Middletown, NJ mounted my several 35 ratio tires for me and although I didn't get the magnifying glass out, they never scratched my wheels from what I can see.
