Hey guys got new wheels no I need new tires. Wanted the firestone indys in 275/35/20 front and 305/35/20 rear. But they're on back order and I can't really wait that long. Was looking at the Mickey thompson street comps. Are these good? If not does anyone have any other recommendations? Don't want to spend a ton wanting to be in the 200-250 range per tire. Being in Florida wet traction is important to me and I need good tread life aswell. I drive 60miles a day Monday through Friday don't want to replace them every year if possible.

I run nitto's and love the Nt555 G2's. I have 255/35/30's up front now and just got a larger set of 20x10's for the front so am going with NT555's again in a 275/30/20.

I have been going through the same debate as you and it came down to the Hankook V12's and NT555 G2's.

I like those aswell. I ran them on my old mustang and they were great. Just a little hard to find in my size. How come your running a 275/30 and not a 35?

Would like decent performance. Mostly concerned with daily drivability and wet traction aswell. It's a stock car with axle backs and won't see anything thing else power wise. Looking around 250 per tire most. Thinking the Mickey thompon street comps or nitto invo but I would have to go to a 295 instead.

vs looking online I believe others have had greater success finding the 500s by visiting their local Firestone dealer.

I had the Cooper RS3-S tires and was very happy with them for daily + fun duty. Were totally fine in the rain for my purposes.

If you want wet traction... take a look at the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. They are pricey, but really remarkable wet grip!!!

Ive been looking into these. Looks like a nice tire for the money. And you were confident with them while driving in the rain?

I love those tires. I used to always run pilots on my 350z but driving 60miles a day atleast I can't afford to run them lol.

The RS3-S came stock on 2017 Roush. I don't any complaints but may switch out to Indy 500s. It's 275 35 on all corners.
I'm sure the RS3-S are more tire than my limited skill can exceed. It's the classic grass is greener complex.
