Right... after what should have taken an hour or possibly two at the most... I've finally (after four hours) finished fitting the DD side markers...

I'll post fully on this a bit later, but as Jimboy2 and others have posted in other threads, the connectors - both the T-taps to the number plate wires and the ones that connect into the side markers themselves - are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE (DD I hope you read this).

There's a major design/manufacturing flaw in the latter (side marker connectors) which I will post the very simple fix for later, but there's bugger all that can be done about the T-taps which I doubt even Halfords would dare to stock being such piss poor quality... anyway... laters... got half of my garage tools spread all over the driveway which I need to put away before it gets dark!

Buy them from DD direct. I got them on black Friday. Had a 3 week lead time but arrived in 4 days. Marked as ÂŁ8 in value so didn't get stung with customs

I've got them here sitting in a box straight from Diode Dynamics in the US. Was just curious when others got theirs and where they got them from as DD told me they'd redesigned the export units recently, so wondered if this addressed the poor fitment issues. Or whether it was just all BS...time will tell ;)

Got them from Steeda.co.uk.

They're ÂŁ99 incl. VAT, plus delivery, whatever that may cost (I got mine as part of a larger order so can't say how much for the side markers alone).

Just a taster... got these fitted yesterday, but the weather's been so dull and shitty I've not been able to get any good pics, which I'll attempt to do tomorrow if we get a sunny spell.

Rear fitment is quite aggressive and looks bloody superb!

Any old shite.
These look really good, I have a Magnetic on order and had my mind set on Velgen VMB9s in satin black, but the price of these makes them very tempting.
I'm not too keen on the silver centre caps but something could be done with that I'm sure.
Get some more pics up! :D
