Okay, so, since getting my car back from the dealer after the first attempt to fix the evaporative emission system problem, I've noticed that I'm experiencing more throttle and/or transmission lag than before. It's intermittent but consistent. It continues to occur after the second (and hopefully successful) attempt to fix the problem.

Sometimes it's off the line, where I'll mash the accelerator and either the engine won't immediately rev or the transmission won't respond quickly enough to accelerate the way I remember. And, when at speed, pressing the accelerator for passing has a lag, it's hard to tell sometimes if it's engine lag or shifting that's behind. But I can't pass as quickly as I remember.

That "I remember" part is important, because maybe I'm misremembering how it was before the service. So, my question is, do you experience any lag like this? Or is your car more instantly responsive? The lag might be just a second or so, but it's enough that I don't feel as quick when maneuvering through traffic.

I drive mostly in Sports+ mode, so this is the mode I'm talking about.

I'm just guessing that the dealer might have done a reset and the tranny needs to relearn.

I suppose that's possible, yeah. Would I have any way of knowing that a reset was done? I have no tools to check such things, but anything else to look for that might be more obviously reset?

If it was reset, the shifting should improve as you drive it. Just drive normally.
