Are you looking to buy or is this a question about it?
I'm looking to buy it but was wondering if anyone had installed it and what kind of gains they are seeing - throttle response, sound increase, power, etc.

Only gain will be the possibility of drivability problems
Interesting - I've read a lot of good things about them. I take it you've had a bad experience?

Nope, I just understand enough about coyote tuning to know that having solid throttlebody body data is golden.

Making a throttlebody is easy, getting the data for the tune in order for it to run correctly is extremely expensive (that’s if the company has access to the equipment required to get that data)

I have a ported OEM throttle body, but it was installed along with a ported intake manifold. Both were ported at the same time by Brett Barber. While it'll add to peak hp, you'll notice it more in everyday driving. There is a definitely a bit more pep driving around town. According to AFS the port on the throttle body and intake manifold will add roughly 11 to 18 whp over the stock 2018 throttle body and unported manifold. No idle issues, just an updated tune from PBD for new airflow characteristics and it drives exactly as before, just with better responsivess and it pulls a bit harder in partial throttle as well, which makes commuting alot more enjoyable.

I don't own an '18 or '19, but I do have the BBK throttle body made for my '14 and we both have a variation of the Coyote motor. You will need a tune for the throttle body. I have no issues with mine. it drives well and probably added 5 hp or so, nothing major. You usually don't think about getting a bigger throttle body until you go to an intake manifold and air intake that flow more air.

Other than that, it won't make your car any louder, but it will help throttle response a little bit.

I asked Lund about upgrading the TB on my edelbrock SC car and they said it won't add anything besides an annoyance to tune for. I think the 18+ TB is already a little bigger than the 80mm my car has. Pretty sure your $500 is better spent elsewhere.

I was planning on getting a tune, air intake, and throttle body. I have a cat back now as my first mod.

If your throwing money at any TB or TB mods Bret is the guy to go to.
No Witch Craft, No Black Magic. Just the application of reducing surface tension and turbulence to increase CFM’s without altering aperture.
