May get this for my lightning blue stang. Thoughts on it? Not sure about the flat top? I like the flat bottom.

I also first researched getting the DCTMS Carbon Fiber/Leather one, but I was told they do not have them in stock. I also sent an email to Beith Performance, but have not received a reply. Maybe they’re on vacation?? Anyway, I moved on to So Cal Garage Works and they instantly responded to my emails within hours and answered all of my questions about their product. I do think their advertised pictured wheels look great. And for those that have them (whom I read online in other forums) they seem very happy with their scgaragework steering wheels.

I like that a lot although I've already replaced by wheel so won't be an option

I didn't see flat top section as option though, was that a custom request?

That looks nice. They haven't gotten the stock one down yet IMO. My '15 felt a little rough and the '18 seems like it's too smooth and when it's really hot out my hand tends to slide.

What is the carbon fiber material on the top and bottom? I mean what's it feel like? It almost looks like a type of tacky plastic overlay (when I say tacky, I mean it has a sticky/grippy feel, not that it's cheap). Does it get slick if your hand it sweaty or it's hot out?

The flat top is not a selectable option on their website, but I think if you contact SC Garage Works directly at this link they can let you know about the options.

I do not know what the material is. I do know it’s very well made. It feels great! Not tacky at all. Very smooth. If you contact SC Garage Works directly at this link they can probably answer any further questions regarding the materials.

How is the Steering wheel holding up? Are these the best most well made on the market? I have not heard much about scgarageworks.

It’s holding up great. Looks the same as when I installed it.

Delighted with this purchase, with the quality and service from EPM. The wheel is perfectly suited to the car and well described by the photos and videos on the website. All questions & concerns were quickly answered by Ray. Supply, was as promised 4 weeks. Install by Carbon Autohaus in Sydney (along with several other parts) was quick & efficient. Still getting used to the different feel and positioning of the hand guides (I've had the standard wheel for over 4 years) but looking forward to putting lots more kms on the car with this mods.
