when I switched to pennzoil platinum it went away. Had a shop do my oil change while it was there for repairs and don’t know what oil brand they used.

it’s almost non existent when I use pennzoil platinum. I’ve always heard the tick since I’ve owned the car though. Thing is still screamin.

Thanks for that video, I bought my Mach 1 about 5 months ago (used) and never heard anything like that until yesterday I got the oil changed at the dealer and was cringing when I heard that exact ticking sound. After searching around on this forum I found the recommendations to use CERA TEC. So tried some and so far tick is gone. The dealer didn’t seem to have any clue.
