Wait. That registration link is just a link to the info and rules. Is this open to non Current NMRA members? And run like true street. Or does everyone need to be a NMRA member. I am a NMRA member so it doesn't apply to me but just wondering.

When we get to the gate in bg what's the cost? Are we to tell them we are a "heads up class" ?? Been doing this NMRA thing for 15 years and they always seem to have issues with their ticket people not knowing if it's something different than their normal heads up/index classes.
There are several events all weekend long to attend, and each has their own rules. If you look at Reds' link in his post you can checkout all of the festivities. There are going to be separate rules, regs and entries for each event.

Umm ok?? Appreciate the reply but not sure that it actually answered anything. What I asked is will NMRA be requiring NMRA memberships ($45/year) in order to run the shootout. Or will they do it like they run true street and not require the yearly membership.

I did find the cost though
4day $175 w thurs tnt
3 day $125
2day $100

That depends on what event you plan on attending. The rules are different per event.

I already did, 3 days ago. Question still stands about membership for the rest of you. It doesn't make a difference to me. I'm already a member (SST 8154) been one since 03ish. This will be my 10+ trip to bg. I'm just asking to make sure yall know if your going to have to pay an additional $45 before you can race.

**edit**
So NMRA answered my question. See ya all in bg

Can my Ecoboost Play too. :p

Seriously what some of the companies have done with the Eco are amazing. Even seeing what has been done with the 15 GT's are incredible too. Makes me want to sell the 8 second stripped down 91 race car, and build the 15 only because I can keep the heat/ac, radio, power steering.
