You were only a few mile away from me when you were in Omagh, were you in the stang?

It was a work trip so I had the pleasure (!?) of driving a lovely Peugeot rental car ...... it was horrible! - i think they used the gearbox from a truck, the engine from a vacuum cleaner and tyres from a 1923 pedal bike!

Another Triple Yellow, non-custom pack fastback (definitely a GT this time). A41 in Tettenhall heading southbound into Wolverhampton about 8:45 this morning ..... I assume not the same one I saw in Belfast last week?!

Quite possibly .... it's a Mustang and it's yellow! ;) Difficult to tell from the driving seat of another car whether the Mustang I saw had OTT stripes.

A nice comparison between the TT and Mustang. Which would you rather have?! ..... bit of a 'no-contest' really.

Like the Macca a lot but, along with Lamborghinis, I think they always look better in shouty colours

Yeah they definitely need to be in a bright colour. Macca v Lambo? It would have to be the Lambo, I've always been a fan of them.
I may have to stick with the mustang though for financial reasons :D

Rather have a GT350. Didn't Chris Harris say that Lambos are now for people who can't drive?

Yes, a GT350R is something I would love to have. If Ford do bring any to the UK hopefully the price would be 'reasonable' (?:eyebulge:!) at around £55 to 60k, and for that money you just can't beat it (if all the US road tests are to be believed). Hand on heart, I can honestly say that a GT350R is the car I want most; it looks fantastic and it's probably going to be one of the last naturally aspirated, large capacity performance engines - and what an engine! I f:censored:king LOVE the engine!

For me, the only cars in the same 'desirability league' are naturally aspirated lumps of Italian aluminium and carbon fibre costing at least 4 times as much. I'd rather have a 350R over any Porsche, Audi, BMW or Mercedes, that's for sure!

Anyway, all a bit off-topic so I'm saying no more or I'll get told off! ;)

Danger of going off topic but dont worry I will bring it back at the end of this message!

Yes, I am with you. I was in the garden on Saturday and my son asked me if I could have any new car other than the Mustang, what would I have. For the first time in my life I struggled to answer and the 350 is what I came up with. Either that, or take my car to GT101 or Bill Shephard and give them a fistful of dollers to make my Mustang the best it can be....and I think that may be what I would do...its my Mustang!

Anyway,

Sunday, saw a DIB Stang on the ridge in Hastings. I waved like a freaking nutter and got nothing back at all! Made me feel a right goon!
