Wow, i just compared DD with mine. They are really gadget, not really function of DRL. Looks really nice anyway and
good quality product.
They one lamp complete draws 0.27 amp for twice leds i install.
My parking light draws more. My DRL draws 1amp per lamp.

So in real, there is no need to dimm dd at night, there is no chance they will disturb other drivers.
Also could not find option to get quick to white. When driving car not possible.

Edit, i found how to return to bright.

If you look at my movies, parking mode looks like it's bright also, but in real it's not, it's how camera is adjust. If you look at the photo you posted, see that this photo is not direct shot.

Here's life comparision, when i install them at light, then i will tell you how it looks in real. But here it's direct comparision where camera has no effect since it adjust to both lights at same time.

1. DD vs HD
2. DD
3. HD
4. Power draw DD (My switch back draws more)

If you are in UK, then i have there company that can remove lamp, ship to me and install it back.
He installed lot of Mustangs and not only with my lights.

customledsolutions.co.uk contact Gary.

Now one set goes from there.
Im working now on shipable version, but looks it makes no sense now, since installation is difficult anyway, if you have to ship it somewhere, you can ship also here.

I'm taking my car into Gary tomorrow (should be booked in with you for next week caniggia) - really looking forward to having these done [emoji2][emoji106]

These were designed from the start for cosmetic purposes, not DRL.

However, stay tuned for a new version soon from us, that will be quite an improvement in brightness (5x brighter). Switchback only as well with built-in dimming function for DRL/parking light.

Its what i thought when i started it. Great, because people most wants to use them as DRL replacement.

Good to know that they was not meant to replace DRL, since US needs to remove DRL to install them, and EU needs them to replace ugly DRL :)

That new version is identical to caniggia's, so at this time Europe beats America 1-0 :clap2:

DRL is not required in US. Our product was designed as a cosmetic "fun" upgrade- which is why it changes colors.

I haven't seen pictures of the actual product by caniggia, so I couldn't say what it is exactly. But ours will be a fully developed set of boards with purpose-built drivers, not strips.

That is a big difference, because for brightness, you don't just need more light. It's extremely important to line the chips up in the focal point of the reflectors. Again, have not seen caniggia actual product- maybe he could post some pictures.

I want to swap out my actual DRL bulb (in the fog light) for LED. Not sure which LEDs fit though, the Diode Dynamics ones are too big, not sure of they need to be canbus compatible bulbs as well to avoid errors.

Non of mustang has canbus bulbs. You will airways need to install resistor.

Nick, mine are manually build aluminium boards with leds manually installed where they should be, so focused even better since they are one per section so its easy to focus.
They are also driven with custom made on automats drivers.
I use same parts for many lamps, Thats why this is not massive production like yours. Here is very small market vs USA.
I like your product as product for fun, more installations in queue.

Cool! How do you manually build aluminum circuit boards? And how is it only one per section with two colors?

What is an automats driver? It didn't look like it was custom in your picture, but no problems using a driver off the shelf really.

Can you post some pictures of your product?

Driver i mean is made like yours boards, on automats, not hand made.
Custom, because I designed them. They are current control pwm drivers with temperature control,, adjustable current , 2 channels for drl and parking, step up.
I use one big radiator per section.
I dont have photos since i dont sell them.
But here is photo how i added radiators and leds to your boards.
