The Top Gear effect

AS a person, I like her, as a presenter, I find her impossible to listen to, it's the accent more than anything. LIke don't get me wrong, she knows her stuff, she has a personality, she has a bit of humour, just the accent... I can't get into it :lol:. Suppose she gets you to listen more intensively!

I think she's German bud... ;)
I've not watched an episode yet. Will watch next week.

I have generally kept out the Top Gear debate.
It annoyed my a bit as I felt like everyone wanted it to fail before it even started.
Having said that, I only watched the first one.

Watching a re-run of last night's show. Seems entirely watchable. Evans needs to go but have never liked him so no surprise there - what is with the jeans tucked in the boots - and I do like Chris Harris.

Yeah basically top gear is now paying him to do what he does on Youtube but for their website instead. Good on him for working his butt off from starting with pistonheads and then going out on his own. His videos and in depth knowledge is 2nd to none.

end of the day, it's a car show. Chris Evans is annoying as hell and they should get rid, otherwise it's totally watchable. Agree on Chris Harris.

Jeremy & co will be along with their show in a couple of months and then we'll have 2 car shows to watch, so what's the problem?

it's like fifth gear, it was never anywhere near as good as top gear, but you'd sill watch it if it was on.
