Seconded, his voice is irritating and goes thru me. Loved the new track, should be fun to see crashes

As part of our recent Highlands tour myself and SWIMBO stayed overnight at the Kylesku Hotel which is in Kylesku next to Kylesku Bridge which is the bridge which will featured in the Top Gear review of the Mustang. The proprietor is a full on petrol head and me him and a few guests traipsed out to look at my Mustang a couple of times.

I won't be spending ÂŁ79 on Amazon Prime to watch Clarksons Grand Tour though, have to make do with Fifth Gear.
I bet a lot of people will say this too.

I have Amazon prime but only for the 1 day delivery. The tv part is a bonus which I have never used, until The Grand Tour starts

Turgid nonsense - like the original.

I would at least have expected them to shake up the format, but it's the same, very nonsense, format. Matt Le Blanc is there to make sure it sells in the USA, but it's just dreadful.

Viper ACR vs Camaro 'Top Gun' sketch wtf?

Reliants? Been done... and done... and done. Bumping into each other (on public highway), oh my, what hilarious japes!.... Not.

Awful.

Totally devoid of personality or originality from Evans. Was as if he was doing voice overs for script written for Clarkson. God knows what the Yanks will think of him, frankly gives Brits a bad name and reinforces their view that we are all nerdy idiots.
If I watch it again it will be with the sound off, like guilty silent car porn.
Blanc was better than I expected but did we really have to have him just so the BBC could prostitute the show to the Trumpites.
You can't keep the same format with a different team it's like cover band music. Rant over!

Sat down with the family to watch last nights TG (with an open mind) but needn't have bothered - group opinion at the end was something along the lines of Evans still being about as watchable and audibly annoying as a washing machine cycle, and Le Blanc being about as interesting as a park bench.

Expected better, but the Beeb are not exactly renowned for their business decisions and programme making skills of recent, but at least we've got the AP option for our Clarkson/May/Hammond fix, and Fifth Gear to fall back on, and let's not forget Mike Brewer and Ed China's occasionally interesting offerings!

Edit: Will wait with baited breath for the Mustang's appearance, but think it's gonna be a case of the car making them look good, rather than them making the car look good!

Anyone watched Top Gear: Extra Gear? They discuss the Mustang about 13 mins in.

I genuinely forgot it was on, though will seek it out on catchup just to confirm my suspicions :)
Won't be getting Prime, though like Fifth Gear. Used to be a big fan of Brewer/China offerings until they went chasing the dollar and Mike got all "angry little man" whenever anyone dared suggest that...

Yes the Mustang did get a mention as Chris Ramsey's future car of choice and we already know the Chris Harris is a big Mustang fan which carries a lot of weight. They agreed it had to be the V8.

I enjoyed this Top Gear but many people have got strong opinions about the format and the presenters and its' received a general kicking all round so I'm not sure there will be anyone left to experience the Top Gear Effect when the Mustang features possibly in Ep 3.
