I am in between sports seasons right now and have been traveling around my area with my cameras.

A sloppy track at Saratoga Race Track in good light is rare. They ran this race between storms. Bet you can guess who was leading the race from the start.

Nikon D500/70-200VR, 1/4000s, f/8, ISO 1250, EV +0.3, 200mm (300mm DX) FL, cropped.

Every three years a local restaurant near Camillus, NY has a sunflower maze. I went out during mid-day and used fill flash to open up the shadows. In Lightroom, I added clarity to the clouds and deepened the blues.

The New York State Fair opened last week. Each year a giant sand sculpture is constructed inside the Center of Progress building on the fairgrounds near Syracuse, NY.
