I have a few guns including a Colt 1911 Series 70, 2 Glocks, 2 Sig P226 pistols, a Mossberg 590A1, 10/22, cz 452, etc. etc. etc. But the most fun guns I have include my Marlin 1894 Cowboy Limited .357 and my Miroku/Winchester 1892 short rifle (two of the same) in .44 rem mag.

Have a sig sauer p320 full size coming to me later this week.

Thinking about getting a Colt LE6920 M4 Carbine this week also.

Just an observation. Went to the range a couple of days ago to practice with the Beretta 92 and the Sig P226. The gentleman in the next portal asked if I would try his new Dan Wesson 1911 as he thought it was aiming left. What a nice piece. I put all 8 shots within 2 inches from 21 feet. I came to find out this was his first hand gun and I think he was anticipating the recoil. A lot of gun as a first purchase. I told him to concentrate on the front sight and it would get better with practice. I believe Dan Wesson was purchased by CZ a few years back but the quality still seems to be there. It shot like a dream.

ended up getting a ruger ar 556 for my AR.

Decided id start with an entry level AR since im new to them, can always add parts later on if i want

Also got 1000 rounds of 9mm for the sig p320, gonna break it in this week.

I think you should leave the grips that are on it and buy a newer model to enjoy the more modern grips. That's a fine looking piece right there, character addle:
