I'm wondering if will ever be possible to order and pay sticker during the GT350's entire run? I told him I wasn't interested in paying any markup, and am on no timeframe, but if I can get one at MSRP, to please give me a call. A base is $48,695 with destination. The GT is just much too different from what I like in a car. I'm not discounting it, its wildly popular and has probably one of the best- if not the best- engines available today for aftermarket modifications! But I want a car that is agile first and handles great, and that's not the GT based on driving a stock one. It feels very heavy though corners. The Shelby is a killer car. Originally that's all I wanted to consider. But then reality set in and I came to terms with the fact I couldn't afford one. A GT350 is $20k more than a similarly equipped 5 liter car. A stripper GT can be had for about $30k. A base GT350 is $48k plus $5kish ADM. Even if I could afford it, I'm not sure I could justify that much more. Im happy for the guys who can. And I get the mindset of all-or-nothing. But I wouldn't discount the GT just because it's not a Shelby.
Beauty! The knob is out of the bag now...

That was me! Met a friend for lunch at Pei Wei them coffee. Nice to get the car out after all the rain. Should be a great weekend for driving.White S550 on the GT350 replica wheels (not the R wheels), lowered with black emblems in Maryland Farms today. Ford Performance license plate ring. Anybody recognize?
