Tax returns! What are you buying your stang?

it is interesting how attitudes have changed. Years ago (about 50) everyone planned on getting a nice tax return as a way to save up for something they wouldn't have been able to buy. If you owed taxes people thought you didn't know how to manage money... especially parents.

I'm neutral. I didn't have to pay but also not receiving anything back so blah.....

That's where I try to be every year. I'd rather pay Uncle a c-note than get ANYTHING back. I know how to spend my money better than Uncle does.

Haven't got a refund in the past 12-15 years. Always end up owing, wife and I doing it wrong I guess.
