Spend a little more for long tube headers and a tune. Maybe you know someone who can help do the install? The suspension setup I would do later, because remember, once you do the suspension its hard to go back, specially if it makes the car firmer and less comfortable.
With long tube headers, you get the bad ass sound and performance. I would honestly look at tires too before doing suspension. I mean are you doing track days to make full use of the suspension? If not, that would be last on my list. Power and grip would be my recipe for the 5.0.

I'm looking at ordering the '17 GTP w/ PP in Lightning Blue, 401A, navi, backup sensors, and premium trim.

Buying a house actually. The vehicle and gun expenditures have come to a screeching halt. Time to get a home with a big garage so I can put my lift in and have a place to work on my own junk.

Also, I pay my student loans on graduated repayment to get the tax deduction like some have stated in here. They'll be paid off sooner than later, but nonetheless at 26+ making 60k+ with no home or married wife (engaged only) it was pretty necessary. They won't let me write the car off so I just used my student loans as a tax deduction. The house should do the same. South Carolina does 2k in first time home buyer tax credit for the first 10 years or thereabout. Better than nothing I guess.

Changed my mind about an entire suspension kit, going to to do CAI and lowering springs first with a tune at a later date.

Would an 85mm throttle body also be recommended to go along with the new CAI? Is a throttle body spacer worth adding onto that as well?

The stock throttle body flows more than enough for your current engine condition.

You'll need to dramatically increase airflow (IE a GT350 manifold) to need justify a new throttle body.

Understandable, this stuff is a little new to me so go easy when I ask this haha:

What is the point of the Power Pack 2 then? I basically am trying to put my own together because I don't want the gt350 CAI. I just purchased an Airaid and I have my finger on the trigger to buy the throttle body. Does the throttle body absolutely require a tune to work properly? I know I'll get way more gains with a tune but if I can run it for now until I'm ready for tuning I'm OK with that

You are correct. I've been a fan since I moved to the bay in Feb '93 right before the franchises first playoff birth.

Though my color selection isn't based on that. I think the color palette in the blue is just richer and deeper than the others. I really like both the race and ruby reds, but the DIB & lightning blue just call to me for some reason.

The gains of the PP2 are due to the tune mostly, and more airflow through the CAI/TB. Because the MAF diameter is larger, you'll need the tune for the engine to work properly. The tune also enables a higher redline and tunes for 91 octane, both of which give you more usable HP.

The Airaid and larger throttle body will give you mostly throttle response gains and not much of actual HP gains.
