Tapping noise in fuel pump area at cold start

Week or 2 ago we had some cold mornings (40s) and I noticed a tapping noise, at random intervals, then went away.

Yesterday I had the seat on that side down on start up and heard it and I was 80.

I'd guess a relay? Anyone else heard this or have any idea what it is?

First which seat (front or rear) and 2nd which “side” are you referencing?

Is the noise happening while driving, or only upon initially opening the door or when turning off the car?

Driver side rear, "click click tap tap tap" does it for about 1-2 minutes upon initial cold start up

I need to look but I think i figured out what the noise is. The hanger on my muffler had broken, and i had it re-welded back on. I believe exhaust MAY be lightly hitting the sway bar
