It seems broken since they changed the site. So you're not really missing anything.

Tapatalk still works if you have the forum added already but for some reason it is not discoverable right now. We're working to resolve this.

You should be able to find the site now in Tapatalk. If you are unable to, you may have to update to the latest version.
