Sync3 locked up help

I did post this on the sync3 forum, but no replies. I have a 2016 GT, premium performance pack and the sync 3 system is locked up. The GPS is stuck and not moving. Also there is no audio. When i push the audio button nothing happens. Any help is appreciated. I already tried disconnecting the battery for a while and that didnt help.

Also, I forgot to mention that I am still on sync 3 version 1. Waiting for update file to be sent from Ford.... I guess it takes 24 to 48 hours once its requested.

Lose fuse was the culprit. Problem solved.

Mine would not update to version 3 using the download method on Fords website. Attempted it many times using the instructions they provided. Had to eventually take it to the dealer and have them update it. Said it was corrupted, possibly from the downloaded file. So just an FYI. Good luck.

Every time I try to down load version 3 all i get is the spinning circle. Did the dealer upgrade it for free?
