Good day fellas.

Anyone have the sync3 with the usb module upgrade? I was curious of actual experience

I am debating upgrading the din/head unit with an Amazon unit. Main goal is to run Waze while listening to music. I was also going to add a second iPhone solely to run radar detection software with an escort redline. That will stay in the car permanently.

There is someone that sells the sync3 kit with the wires to convert it on Facebook for $400. It needs some converted wires if you have the 4.2" screen.

Sorry no link. I'm sure if you put a post out someone will remember or he will key in. The group is "Ford Mustang |2015-2024| official group" sorry that's the best I can do.

Question was it easy and inexpensive change? Did everything work on the infotainment?

Look up " turbo touch" with your year make and model. I saw it as low as $370.
Everything has worked fine. The media player instalation was easy but you have to install hvac in a specific order then the steering wheel. It took me a while to get the wires plugged in just right because the directions are on 2 different pages. You have to skip to the bottom page after a few steps. Also the bottom third step has to be done from the start.
warrior I got the kit for 500 local. There is a cheaper kit but you have to buy a chip it doesn't include to make the price more than this kit.oi am just relaying what the salesman told me
