In the last couple weeks, mine is not making calls from the voice command. It will say "Calling ___ mobile" then says call ended on the screen. I updated Sync a couple days ago. Still doing it though.

Have you performed a reset on the vehicle and pair the phone back with a clean connection?

Reset? I did just update Sync. Which meant I had to re-pair the phone.

My Mustang has the base radio with standard Sync.

Now that my Sync is updated, it talks more. I have 911 Assist turned off. And Sync now verbally tells me it is turned off. Is there a way to turn off the verbal reminder?
