Hi all-
On my 2021 GT the UBS port inside the locking storage bin, when I plug in my phone Sync recognizes my device with no issue and works with Android Auto. On my wife's 2021 EB (both the GT and EB have the equivalent trim levels 401a/201a) the port in there is not recognized by Sync, and only acts as a charge port?
To me it seems like something is off with her port? Last night I did a full Sync reset and that didn't help. Tried multiple cables and phones all that worked with the front console usb but in the storage UBS still failed.
So the question is, is her USB port broken, is it only a charge port on the EB?

I wasn't sure if there was something to enable/disable the port but not my wife is telling me that charging doesn't always work on that port either, so its gonna be a let Ford fix it kinda thing.
