I found two things...first week was needed to beak in/settle the suspension. Second tire pressure above at 35 LB was harsher than previous setup, but when I dropped to 32-33 the whole feel was improved a lot. I did that after about a week the tire pressure. Felt better incrementally then when I moved the tire pressure and it really settled in.
Thanks a lot for the tip on the tire pressure. I'm gonna have all 4 to be around 32 psi cold.

Thanks for confirming my reservations about Konis.

The ride quality being better may have something to do with the progressive spring rate. Although they are Track springs, it is still more comfortable than the Konis paired with BMR performance springs. The shocks feel more glued to the road. They have plenty of rebound travel from what I can feel. It comes up quick over humps and goes back down quick. It just feels more properly setup for this car, on the street at least.

I do think there is bit more body roll now as I stated before. I bet that a properly chosen linear spring with the right drop would be excellent with these shocks. But I think the additional body roll has something to do with the shocks as well.

The toe knuckle bearing has made a noticeable difference as I've stated before. The car remains composed and connected now out of turn with throttle. Before, I had the back end come out excessively and then shifting out of 1st, the car kinda does a shimmy and I have to back off it. Now it rolls with confidence and harder throttle shift the rear does a little dance and regains traction far easier. As others have stated, it contributes to the "on rails" feeling.

Overall for me, I think this is a more usable setup. I have no complaints about the handling of my previous setup. In fact I think it handled maybe 5% better than the FR setup, provided a nicely paved road. But that could be just the illusion of a little more body roll. Honestly it's hard to really tell unless I roll it on a track. I haven't tested any of this and it is hard to compare to feelings I had driving several weeks ago. So take this what it is.

It feels like a firm tight handling car but isn't gonna beat me up on my ride to work. I would say that it is harsher than stock base suspension, but noticeably smoother than my previous setup. I feel like suspension is very subjective. I learned that you can't just pick parts out and expect it to be exactly what you want. You won't know until you do it and it's hard to say what the results will be person to person.

After a little more driving I still feel this setup is more "compliant" for the daily driver than my previous setup. The Koni shocks are too stiff for the street IMO. It's a noticeable difference to me driving the car.

I am liking these Ford Racing shocks. Now I do have different springs also so I cannot make an apples to apples comparison. But still I doubt the BMR springs were the culprit of the harsher ride quality. Although the old bumpstops may have a role in this as well.

The shocks react very quick but the car glides more over imperfections. Previously with the Koni setup, I could have it firm and jarring over bumps - or softer, more bouncy and less jarring. But even at the softest settings still too jarring for me personally. In certain situations driving in it was hard to tolerate, bordering on unbearable.

The car is still way firmer than stock there's no doubt. It is definitely harsher as well. But not one point yet have I gotten annoyed or felt really uncomfortable driving in it. And most of my time so far has been positive. It's pretty smooth all things considering.

But as it was with the stock suspension, this car wants to go fast. The faster I drive the smoother it gets.
