Swapping Differential Fluid in GT PP

I have a '16 GT PP with the Torsen differential and want to swap out the factory fluid. I've seen other threads that discuss doing this but none with pictures. I'm a total noob, new to Mustang's and working on my own car and could use some help. On the picture below, I imagine the bolt in the middle under the sticker is the drain plug. Is the fill plug the yellow piece at the top right or the silver plug below the yellow piece (or elsewhere)? Thanks in advance.

The bottom on is the drain plug. The top silver plug just to the right of the drain plug, is the fill plug. The yellow one has nothing to do with this process.

I was told to fill to approx. 9mm under the fill hole, not to the hole like in some vehicles.

1.7qt is the official fluid capacity. The square socket on the drain and fill plugs let you insert a 3/8" drive ratchet and crank it off without a socket.

How much of the fluid will come out just by removing the drain plug? Will I need to pump out any residual fluid left or will most come out just by draining from the plug
