Thinking about picking up a set of the SVE R350 wheels from LMR and putting the OEM tires in OEM sizes on my 2018 GT350 (needs new tires anyway, still has the original tires!) so I can actually have matching wheels all around and keep a clean look. I really like the way the R350 wheels look, and Auto Fanatic on YT had some great things to say. Looking to see if anyone here thinks that's running into a huge problem?

I'm trying to stay as close to OEM as possible re: offset/look/handling, and wanting to make sure these clear the brake calipers/don't cause any other issues I'm missing? I know the front wheels are 19x10 as opposed to OEM 19x10.5.

I ran a set on a 2020 350HE. No problems.

However, on a GT350R, or any extended stud set up, the studs stick out pretty far in the front. Also know that you have to use their lugnuts, as the OEM size nut doesn't fit in the seat pocket of the wheel.

Good to know, I was thinking in videos the lug nut holes looked pretty small!

I know 19-20 brought slight tweaks to the cars including wheel design, so I wonder if that would affect fitment on a 2018? I'll have to check specs after work but if anyone here knows offhand I am all ears.

Also in the OP I forgot to mention this car is daily driven, no track use.

Hey this is Junior from Project 6GR, our Seven spoke design is a similar design you might like.
Factory oem specs should be 19x10.5 19x11 on the GT350. Our wheels are 19x11 all around, most of our customers do the GT350R spec which is a 19x11.5 in the rear. The offsets are correct for caliper clearance and no rubbing issues at all. If you have any fitment questions feel free to give is a call, we would be glad to help.

Irun the R350's on my GT350R HE and they are great. Clearance is good. There is no difference in wheel sizes between an 18 and 19-20. Where in Florida are you? I have 2 R350 wheels for the back in storage that were never installed on the car.

Hey everyone, thanks for all the replies. I think these wheels will work so I'm going to pick up a set when they come into stock here soon.

@Need4SpeedMotors thanks for the suggestion, but I actually compared the Project6GR wheels you suggested with the fitment of the SVE wheels and I'm more inclined to go with the SVE wheels with OEM tires.

I may post an update once everything is installed just to help those in the future looking for this setup.

@Dharri21 I'm in the 941 area if that helps?

What was the fitment difference that had you go with the SVEs? I have a set of project6gr sevens and tens in R spec with R spec MPS4s (305f and 315r) and the fitment is perfect.

Forgive me if I'm using the wrong terminology as this is my first foray into aftermarket wheels, but I recall the project 6GR wheels being much more concave and being more aggressive regarding the offset leading to more "poke." I do know they fit with no rubbing issues but I just like the "flat" less concave look of the R350s, if that makes any sense. That and I am planning on sticking with OEM tire sizes and the OEM SSs.

Makes sense on the flat vs concave….as far as poke, with proper camber and 315 vs 325 on rear, no poke at all. Whichever way you go it will look sweet. Enjoy!
