Does the rear end suspension tuck up under the fender as negative camber the farther the suspension travels? Or does it stay a little more straight sort of acting like live axle travel?

Basically if my tire is flush with the fender and I go over a bump will the suspension travel [rear] tuck up under the fender the farther the wheel and tire travel upwards? Does this make sense hehe.

The more the rear suspension travels up, the tire begins to camber in and toe in also.

Yes, rear camber will go further negative as the wheel travels in the 'bump' direction.

If you have fitted aftermarket wheels specifically to achieve a "flush" appearance, your real question should be "will they camber in fast enough?". If that is not the case, you may be able to crutch the situation by intentionally setting rear camber more negative than the factory preferred spec.
