No, he was right the first time ;)

Get the tune wrong and it's easy enough to do just that (same applies to a N/A setup)

Thats why many choose Whipple, the tune is perfect and done by a Ford engineer.

thats not saying a whole lot. Anyone with extensive tuning experience (a la Lund) can program a stable tune.

Lund is a great tuner no doubt about that but I still can't do the things that Whipple can do with the PCM.

People need to ask themselves, "do I really need all that".

It's great that they have all that extra tuning parameters. I'll never need them and I'm willing to bet most people who run whipples won't even mess with it.

If you're looking for great power and maximum reliability and safety you can't beat the whipple tune you want to go above that power leeveel then I would go to Lund tuned.

I'd love a Whipple, but I can get where I want my car to be for less money and a Lund tune.

If you go with a Procharger then Lund is the way to go.

Peter Lund is the new god.... Doug at Bama tunes was the best... really nice guy, you could call him up go through things and bid bada bing your tune would come. But he retired and sold his tunes to american muscle.

Pro charger vs rousch / whipple was the debate before TVS come on line. A few of the specialists preferred pro charger as it didn't suffer from heat soak and the kit was just better for fitting. Modurmaro prefers TVS and to be fair most people who have them seem well pleased.

Personally, we had a guy on the s197 forum who was handy with a steering wheel and pedals with one at a track day with the charger belt slipping and then on another occasion grenading a clutch that took out lots of ancillaries ( search you tube you will find it - sorry Rardy ) and you will see the issues.

I drove a 2013 with a pro charger on a 5.0 and it was a beast spinning up everywhere with well over 600 ponies. I am with gibbo- stick a GT350 intake on it and have some fun, if you want to polish and brag go for it. But if you are nervous about the wheel spin know you will be popping yourself with that much
