although I like the look of the new GT I just didnt find it beefy enough, curious if anyone has supercharged there GT? ROUSCH seems kind of out of budget but some of the whipple superchargers look interesting? picking up a used 2015 and adding a supercharger seems like a unique car , would you have to upgrade other components like suspension to make it put the power down better? and coolers etc?

Buncha folks have supercharged them and there are a number of kits available. I'll be doing mine soon.

Best,

Sorry if everyone is satisfied with the numbers the GT is running while I like that body style I just would prefer to be in the low 4.0sec and low 12 qtr mile , my last supra ran what the gt is running. I also find the EXHAUST NOTE to be on the quiet side. I would prefer a more track ready car , many videos on the track the mustang does not put its power down , slip slides now if the shelby were available easier done and done.

haha I knew this was going to get smashed as soon as I read the op. you jump from wanting to supercharge to a stock stang not putting down the power on a track well enough? 1) with good tires there is no reason to not put the power down on a track stock 2) there are tons and tons of cars on here that are forced induction, we have an entire forum section for it...
