The vertical links provide minimal wheel hop reduction. They DO help, but they are without a doubt one of the least effective pieces for wheel hop reduction based on what is currently available.

As far as the IRS System itself is concerned, cradle and diff bushing kits. Shocks and tires, as well as stiffer springs - those are helpful as well.
