It kind of fits. 5 mins with an angle grinder on the offside to shape to clear the K brace, a can of spray paint and a drill and it's job done. I fitted one to my GT. Took an hour or so plus a bit of time for the paint to dry and looks the business when it's on. Go for it! ...

tbh they make a massive different on almost all chassis anyway and anyone that tells you otherwise doesn't understand what they're supposed to do anyway

I’ve got the GT350 one on mine, can’t say I can tell any difference whatsoever:D

Looks cool though:thumbsup:

^^^ I have one of those fitted; had to fit spacers that I purchased from Herrod Motorsport here in Aus. I'll see if I can find the photos.

I fitted a 350R one also. By far the best looking and probably the lightest IMHO. Will fit without spacers but need to grind a little relief under the offside where it passes over the K brace if you want it central on the studs.

They look great and definitely make a difference. I put mine on after 7000km and noticed the front stiffened up straight away and better turn in. As stated a bit of grinding and paint and done :headbang:

If you want it more for aesthetics than function then yes, it will fit with help from Sir Angle Grinder (esquire). If you want a brace more for function than fashion, then I suggest a different K-brace to bolt to the subframe like this one from Steeda. From what I've seen, this will make a more noticeable impact on rigidity.

If you're a weekend cruiser, a strut brace will make no difference, if you're a driver that likes to push the car to the limit (especially round corners) then a strut brace is a must have. I'm sure there are many videos on YouTube that will explain why.

Paint the bay, hood struts, strut covers, brake fluid cover, tank cover/alloy tank. Badges? stickers?
