Centurion07 thank you sir!

With these additional photos we can clearly see that our current brace doesn't work with the RHD cars. We would like for you to put spacers over the 2 long studs on each side, and check for hood clearance. *Do not slam the hood* - but that would tell us if that is a manufacturing option we might be able to use on our UK version of this brace.

I assume if we use any spacers for now and it works, then you will send us some appropriate fitting spacers out?

Not sure about using spacers (unless they are very chunky spacers) for my strut top mounts.

It seems this one will fit, due to the offset; but is heavier and less rigid than a Steeda (if it fits). But it is OEM.

I have fitted the ford racing one I got from usa and it fit straight on
looks good too
Is that the 'standard' one that is fitted to US cars? ..... as illustrated below ....

Wasn't planning on doing anything, but could be my first 'mod' ..... hell yeah!, feeling like one of the boys now! :D

Cheers .....

Hi Centurion
Any update on the Steeda Strut Brace, I have sent PM's and emails to Steeda and haven't had any replies as yet?

No, I haven't got round to fitting it with the spacers on the two tall studs each side yet to check for bonnet clearance.

That's probably what they're waiting for before they decide what they're going to do.

Once you let us know the outcome, we can go from there, thanks!

David@Steeda is there a particular combination you'd like me to try? Bearing in mind I only have the 6 spacers as supplied and looking at the clearance required for the K-brace, it looks like 1 spacer on that single stud isn't going to be enough.
