Stone protection?

Anyone have any thoughts if the 15 Stang will need some clear guard for stone chip and rock protection at the flare at the fender wells?

Curious if there's enough flare there to protect the precious paint.

Pretty sure I'm going to do the front bumper and hood as well as the rear bumper upper edge to protect that surface when taking stuff in and out of the trunk.

Around where I live, I wish I would have done this to my VW. I will probably be doing it with the stang.
