I just completed my OPG/CG install as part of my whipple on my '17. After reading quite a few stories regarding crank failures with the ATI damper/ARP bolt combo (not just on mustangs) i have elected to keep that on the shelf for now and stick with the stock damper and ford crank bolt, since i am just running the whipple tune and not raising the limiter.
Does anyone have the ford service manual for the stock crank pulley/bolt?
Specifically looking for:
- The pulley install details (assume silicone in the keyway - does ford call for anti-seize or oil on the bore?)
- Bolt dressing specification (loctite used? there was no remanence on the old bolt)
-Bolt torque spec (believe it is a 4 step process, torque-to-yield)
Thanks in advance.
