Stereo Died

After 2-1/2 weeks of having my mustang the stereo just stopped functioning. Was working fine yesterday then this morning go to leave for work and nothing. Tried shutting car power off and on serveral times thinking its just a glitch but no luck. The clock button works and the settings button works, but nothing else.
Guess I'll be going to the dealer

Went out and checked the stereo again after a few hours and it's working just fine now.

My radio died when I got back from lunch, along with my backup camera. Shut off and turned back on and everything was okay. I wonder what gives?

Mine did this the other morning but worked later on hoped my sync would be working again but no luck

Am I right in saying that these stereos are capable of doing their own updates? If I did read that right in one of the many PDFs, then could it be possible that it stops the user doing certain functions while it is in update mode.....

This happened to me...I think it is an issue with the base mustang's Bluetooth...my car would pair with my device and than the radio got the black screen of death.

After troubleshooting a number of different ways I found that turning my device's Bluetooth off then restarting the car solved my issue...or maybe it was some update related thing as described above
