Steering wheels controls not working properly.

So I recently started having issues with steering wheel buttons , more specifically the ones that control the radio functions. When I press forward to skip a song it goes back to start the song over. When I turn the volume up it changes the media. when pressing the mute or volume down buttons changes radio stations. Last but not least, I'm the answer and hang up buttons work randomly, they perform the correct functions, but they not always respond. Has this happened to anyone else?

Just some info for reference:

Car: 2015 EB - PP / Premium.
Recently flashed with Cobb Accessport - Custom Tune from Tune+

The first tune that I loaded in the car was the OTS tune from Cobb and I thought that was the issue. I reverted back to the factory settings and went as far as to "unmarrying" the Accessport but the problem persisted so I don't believe it has anything to do with the tune itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven’t had the exact problem as you described but similar, my issue is that the RIGHT side controls on my ‘18 PP1 with the 12” display. they work intermittently and sometimes don’t work at all, and I am unable to even hit the OK button to clear alerts like fuel level alerts, can’t go into the mustang settings and change exhaust tone or anything. very annoying and I cannot figure out why it is not working. I did install a “ford performance gt350 wheel” and swapped my original controls over to the new wheel and all works fine sometimes but other times it doesn’t work at all but ONLY THE RIGHT SIDE controls. Any fixes that you came up with for your issue?
