I finally had a chance to install my jacking rails today, the driver's side went in as expected but the passenger side didn't go well. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how they handled it.
It seems theres a large piece of sound or heat insulation covering most of the passenger side floor. It's got 5 screws securing the outer edge and they are right where the jacking rail sits.
I called Steeda, this is the first they've heard of it (it's a 2019). I also sent a few pics including the one here. I have a few ideas in mind, but I'm not thrilled with any of them. I could drill holes in the rail for clearance but that could trap moisture in the fibrous material. I could possibly remove the whole thing but if Ford thought it was necessary I'd rather keep it in place. I could remove the screws, cut it back and find another way to fasten it, but I haven't figured out the details yet. I'm open to suggestions.
I'm hoping to hear back from Steeda but, for now, I have 1 rail installed

I have a 2019 and installed the steeda jacking rails with no problem. But, my car does not have the piece you are showing in the picture.

My 2019 GT didn't have this and I installed Steeda low profile rails with no issues. Is this an EB issue?

It is an EB, specifically a 201A. I'm thinking its sound insulation, maybe specific to the 201A/401A packages.

Just got a call back from Steeda, the answer is to just go over it. A notch will need to be made to flatten the last couple inches and remove any of the screws that are in the way. I'll put something over the screw holes to keep it dry inside.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier but it sounds like you are in good hands with our support team.

Let me know if I can help assist further?

Just finished installing the second rail. Thanks to the good folks at Steeda for helping me out.
