That can be a lot of things but I had a clunk forever and finally realized my toe arm bearing on one side was shot somehow. Dealer replaced it. Zero clunks now. They didn't believe me but I convinced them to do it and... success.
I have FRPP toe bearings sitting here waiting to go in, guess Im gonna have to convince myself to do it. The time I tried to take the old ones out it ended up being a 2hr cuss fit.

It wasn't those that were bad, it was the one ON the arm - the inner one. :)

Putting the toe arm knuckle bearings in is painful because of having to deal with a universal bearing press horizontally. Just use some packing tape to hold everybody together so it doesn't just fall down every freakin' time and it'll work. I think I used a 1.5" or close to that socket as a press cup. The FRPP instructions suggest, I think, a 1.25" socket, but they must have weird sockets because that did not work.

If you happen to come down to Atlanta in the future, as long as you rent the tool, I'll do it. :)
